A Choired Taste is a Merredin based community choir who meet weekly at the Old North Merredin Primary School site on Coronation Street.  A Choired Taste is a place where you can meet new friends, have fun and stay healthy.  The choir welcomes everyone, all levels of singing experience.  We sing songs that will lift your spirits and aim to entertain.

We perform at a range of festivals throughout the year as well as hosting our own Song Fest biannually.  We meet alternately on Monday nights (7-9pm) and for Sunday afternoon workshops (1-3pm).

Collgar Windfarm sponsors the community choir for its Sunday afternoon workshops with a number of experienced musicians including Martin Meader and Luke Savage joining us to work on our musical numbers.  These workshops are free and open to the public.

There are no auditions to join and your first session is free.

A Choired Taste fees are $100 per year which can be paid pro rata at $25 for 3 months.  Children aged 13-17 are free but must be accompanied by a fee paying parent.
